Terms & Policies

RESERVATION and CANCELLATION POLICIES:

We’re a small business and we count on our reservations being here if you’re not going to make it let us know and we’ll work something out.

CHECK-IN:

We’re flexible, just let us know when you’ll be here and we’ll let you know if it works for us.

FACILITIES:

We built this place with love, please treat it as you would your own home. Let us know if anything is amiss and we will fix it (well, Eladio will).

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

We live right off the main road, but we are still basically in the middle of nowhere, there is a hospital 18 km away. If you have major medical concerns chat with us before you show up here. If you have severe allergies please bring an epi-pen. We’re just trying to have fun here, no dying allowed.
